An overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of Facebook Inc. in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly assign your visit to our website to your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or making a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on your Facebook profile and displayed to your Facebook friends.

In accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO, the data processing procedures described above are carried out on the basis of Facebook's legitimate interest in the display of personalised advertising in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website and to design the Facebook service to meet your needs.

In order to increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are initially deactivated and integrated into the page using a so-called "2-click" solution. Deactivated plugins can be recognized by the fact that they are highlighted in grey. This integration ensures that no connection to the Facebook servers is established when you call up a page of our website that contains such plugins. Only when you activate the plugins and thus give your consent to the transfer of data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO does your browser establish a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the respective plugin is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the page. The plugin then transmits data (including your IP address) to Facebook. We have no influence on the extent of the data that Facebook collects with the help of the plugins. To the best of our knowledge, Facebook receives information about which of our websites you have currently and previously visited. By integrating the plugins, Facebook also receives information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a profile on Facebook or are not logged in at the time. The information collected (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a server of Facebook Inc. in the USA and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your contacts.

You can revoke your consent at any time by deactivating the activated plugin by clicking on it again. However, the revocation has no effect on the data that has already been transferred to Facebook.

Facebook Inc. with headquarters in the USA is certified for the us-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by Facebook, as well as your rights and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's data protection information: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php

This integration informs Instagram that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can immediately associate your visit to our website with your Instagram account. When you interact with the plug-ins, for example by clicking the "Instagram Camera" button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published to your Instagram account and displayed to your contacts.

The data processing procedures described above are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Instagram's legitimate interest in the display of personalized advertising in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website and to tailor the Instagram service to their needs.

If you do not want Instagram to associate the data collected via our website directly with your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. You may object to the loading of Instagram plugins and thus to the data processing procedures described above by using add-ons for your browser in the future, e.g. the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

12) Use of social media: videos

Use of Youtube videos

This website uses the Youtube embedding feature to display and play videos from the provider "Youtube", which is part of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").

This uses the enhanced privacy mode, which, according to the provider, does not initiate the storage of user information until the video(s) is played. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider "YouTube" uses cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to information from "Youtube", these serve, among other things, to collect video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive behaviour. If you are logged in to Google, your information is associated directly with your account when you click on a video. If you do not want your profile to be associated with YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as user profiles and evaluates them. Such evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in the display of personalised advertising, market research and/or the needs-based design of its website. You have a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right. In the course of using YouTube, personal data may also be transmitted to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

Irrespective of any playback of the embedded videos, each time this website is accessed, a connection to the Google network is established, which may trigger further data processing operations without our influence.

In the event that personal data is transferred to Google LLC. based in the USA, Google LLC. has certified itself for the us European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU. A current certificate can be viewed here: https://www.privacyshield.gov/list

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. In order to exercise your revocation, please follow the above-mentioned option to make an objection.

13) Online marketing

13.1 Facebook pixels for the creation of custom audiences

Within our online offer the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook is used, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").

If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us, which is played on Facebook, an addition is added to the URL of our linked page by Facebook pixel. To the extent that our pixel-based site allows data to be shared with Facebook, this URL parameter is written to the user's browser via a cookie that our linked site sets itself. This cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and enables the data to be forwarded to Facebook.

With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is on the one hand able to determine the visitors of our online offer as a target group for the presentation of ads (so-called "Facebook ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel in order to display the Facebook Ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who exhibit certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited), which we transmit to Facebook (so-called "custom audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook Ads correspond to the potential interest of users and do not appear annoying. This allows us to further evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook Ads for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users have been redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook Ad (so-called "conversion").

The data collected is anonymous to us, so we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook Data Usage Guidelines (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data may enable Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook.

The data processing associated with the use of the Facebook Pixel is based on our predominantly legitimate interest in the evaluation, optimization and economic operation of our online offering and our advertising measures in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

The information generated by Facebook is usually transferred to a Facebook server and stored there, and may also be transferred to the servers of Facebook Inc. in the USA. Facebook Inc. with headquarters in the USA is certified for the us-European data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which guarantees compliance with the data protection level applicable in the EU.

In order to object to the collection by the Facebook pixel and the use of your data for the display of Facebook ads in general, you can set an opt-out cookie by clicking on the link below, which deactivates Facebook pixel tracking:

<a href="javascript: void(0)" onclick="if (typeof fbpOptOut == 'function') { fbpOptOut(); } else { alert(atob('QUNIVFVORzogRmVobGVuZGVyIEZhY2Vib29rLVBpeGVsIE9wdE91dC1Db2RlIQ=='))); }">disable Facebook pixel tracking</a>

This opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you will need to click the above link again.

Insofar as legally required, we have obtained your consent for the above processing of your data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. In this way, we pursue the aim of displaying advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.

The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad ad displayed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. As a result, cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of Google Ads customers. The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users. If you don't want to participate in tracking, you can block this usage by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie on your web browser under the keyword "User Preferences. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Ads because of our legitimate interest in targeted advertising in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
