How do I find a particular item in the online shop?
You can use the "Search" field to display the desired articles directly. To do this, enter the name or the article number, if you know them. Alternatively, you can also search for keywords such as "T-shirt" or "gym bag".

How can I find out whether a product is available in the desired quantity?

Simply enter the desired quantity of the item in the "Quantity" field and add it to the shopping cart.
If your order quantity exceeds the available quantity, this will be displayed directly.
In case of increased demand and overlapping orders, it may happen that an item is still displayed as available although it is already sold out.
In this case we will issue a credit note for payments made by prepayment or PayPal

Do I have to register for an order in the online shop?
If you order in the online shop, you will be asked to enter your personal data on the way to the checkout.
You have the choice of opening a customer account or continuing your order as a guest. If you do not wish to do so, please leave the password field blank.
A registration offers you the following advantages:
- Save your delivery addresses for subsequent orders
- Your shopping cart will be saved for your next visit
- Overview of your last orders and the processing status of your current order

Can I also order by phone or e-mail?
Our customer service will be happy to take your order by e-mail. Simply send us your order to info@venerismilano.com.

Can I also order from abroad?
The goods are delivered by DHL and only within the delivery countries indicated in the order process. For further information please refer to the point "Payment methods and shipping costs".

How can I determine whether my order has been received in the online shop?

After we have received your order, we will immediately send you an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order to the e-mail address you have provided.
If you have not received this, please also check your spam or trash folder.

How can I pay?
You can find an overview of payment methods and shipping costs in the section "Payment methods & shipping costs". In principle, you can complete your order by credit card, instant bank transfer, Paypal, installment purchase or purchase on account.

When can I expect delivery of my goods?

Unless otherwise agreed or indicated on the article, delivery will be within 5 working days.

How can I track the status of my delivery?

As soon as your DHL delivery leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This contains the tracking number (combination of numbers and letters that uniquely identifies your package with DHL) to track the current status of the delivery. Under Package Tracking you can enter the tracking number and view the package status.
If you have not received this, please also check your spam or trash folder.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
During the ordering process you can also enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address.

To which countries do you ship and what are the shipping costs?
The goods will only be delivered within the delivery countries specified in the order process. You can find further information under "Payment methods and shipping costs".
